New Release’s at Lukas Liquor Superstore
Since it was founded in 1884, Yzaguirre has been making its products in accordance with the traditional methods and exclusive formulas that are the secret to their flavors and aromas, while at the same time innovating and updating the processes that underline the high quality of all our products.
This commitment to quality has facilitated the company’s expansion in both the Spanish and international markets, and we now have a presence in 35 countries in Europe, Asia, the Americas and Africa.
At our Sort del Castell winery in El Morell, between Reus and Tarragona, we follow a meticulous production process to make our range of Yzaguirre vermouths: Classic, Reserva (aged in oak barrels for one or two years), Premium Rosé and Francisco Simó y Cia, the last being made following our other traditional formula.
We invite you to savor all the flavors that we obtain from the most select grape varieties and our secret blends of herbs and spices. Every palate will be able to identify its favorite flavor: the sweetness of cinnamon or vanilla, the slightly bitter taste of dittany of Crete and quinine, the exotic aromas of cardamom, gentian and cilantro, or the fiery warmth of nutmeg.
Yzaguirre Vermouth Dry Reserva
With a light straw yellow color, Yzaguirre Reserva Dry Vermouth initially has a very alcoholic taste in the mouth yet perfectly balanced with its acidity. Highly glyceric, it is velvety and smooth in the mouth with notes of wood, herbs and spices. It is aged for one year in oak barrels which helps to stabilize the aroma and color of the blend.
Yzaguirre Vermouth Blanco Reserva
With a deep yellow color, Yzaguirre Reserva White Vermouth is highly aromatic, velvety and pleasant on the palate, with woody, herby and spicy notes reminiscent of ripe fruit. Its initial flavor is very tasty and balanced, in perfect harmony with its acidity. Twelve months in oak barrels give it consistency and character.
Yzaguirre Vermouth Rojo Reserva
Mahogany red in color, Yzaguirre Reserva Red Vermouth is highly aromatic, velvety and pleasant on the palate, with woody, herby and spicy notes reminiscent of ripe fruit. Its initial flavor is very tasty and balanced, in perfect harmony with its acidity. Twelve months in oak barrels give it consistency and character.
