Limited Edition Release

Johnnie Walker Private Collection 2015 Edition

The 2nd Release

The Johnnie Walker Private Collection 2015 Limited Edition Release is the 2nd release in the new Private Collection from Johnnie Walker that started in 2014.

The Private Collection launched with the 2014 Edition, which is described as, “an exploration of the John & Walker & Sons signature smoky character from three Scottish regions; Speyside, Highland & West Highland. The 2015 Edition continues the exploration Walker house style with a small batch blend of 29 bespoke and experimental casks that reveals the fruit distillery character that unfolds in the top notes of its blended scotches” per Johnnie Walkers Master Blender, Jim Beveridge.

The Heart of Scotland

Speyside – full of freshness and vibrancy; grassy notes, crisp green apples and pineapples, then orange citrus and passion fruit.

Highland – broad autumnal richness of stewed apples, then sweet and succulent ripe melons.

West Highland – spicy dried fruits emerge with orange peel and dried apricots, then dusky peach skin sweetness.  Hints of honey are rounded off by a delicate sweetness from the grain whiskies.

This is an extremely limited release with only a few thousand of these bottles available worldwide. This rarity will be a first come, first serve release and Lukas will be one of the rare places in Missouri for Johnnie Walker collectors and aficionado’s to acquire a bottle of this 2nd release.
