HO! We have a sighting of the Bavarian Beast, and his 2015 description becomes even more mysterious. He’s rumored to be a bit cagier than in year’s past; he’s been fermented once with a Weissbier yeast and then a second time with a Belgian Trappist strain. All while being ‘trapped’ in French red wine and Spanish sherry barrels. And to top it off, he’s said to be brewed with a bit of sweet honey!
