Prairie TRVE Collaboration
*no limit, on new items rack*
On top of our old favorite, we have a new beer we are excited to release, Prairie & Friends, TRVE Edition. This beer was a collaboration between our friends at TRVE Brewing in Denver and us, and the beer turned out just as great as we had hoped! This beer is a red sour that has amazing dark fruit/cherry notes that are highlighted by a delicate tart base. The citra hops balance everything out with the perfect amount of citrus

Jolly Pumpkin Rojzilla

A sour brew that is aged for a year and a half in a 100-bbl oak foudre before being blended with a few “normal” size barrels of varying ages. The result creates a complex combination of flavors and sophistication.

La Roja is brewed in the Flanders tradition. We blend this beer from oak barrels where the beer has been aging for 12 months or longer. We’ve added 10 lbs. of cherries and let this beer mature for additional time in the firkin. Truly an ale of grace and distinction. La Roja is a beer that we offer year round. Roja du Kriek is a beer that we made special for you at the Great Taste of the Midwest. Mahalo Plenty.
