BALLAST POINT RED VELVET NITRO
Our Red Velvet oatmeal stout is a mind-bending beer. Like the cake that inspired it, the deep red color comes from beets, which add a rich, earthy character that complements the chocolate flavor and aroma. The foamy head of the nitro pour is our “icing”, adding a creamy smoothness to the mouthfeel. But this liquid dessert still finishes like a beer – not sweet, but just as satisfying.

We’ve developed many IPA recipes in our R&D program, but right from the tank, our Manta Ray Double IPA was a winner. Aromas of fresh, citrusy tangerine, melon and light pine leap from the beer and linger over a smooth finish. Like its namesake, this brew can sneak up on you – a big beer without a bite.
Striking a perfect balance between sweet and tart, Elephunk Imperial Wild IPA showcases layers of flavor that dance on the palate in funky liquid harmony. Pungent tropical fruit aromas burst forward while oak-aged traits of vanilla, brown sugar and cedar create a slightly sweet contrast to the tart flavor. Notes of ripe pineapple and peach pie unite in this wild-inspired, barrel-aged imperial IPA.
ODELL DARK THEORY
Experience the gravity of Dark Theory. Black cherries swirl in an abyss of wild fermented imperial porter. Belgian yeast strains illuminate a galaxy of plum an cranberry flavors atop layers of tart cherry and sweet bread. Roasted malts add notes of coffee, chocolate, and tobacco for a beer that is full-bodied, complex, and out-of-this-world smooth.
MARK TWAIN KING ARTHUR’S COURT IMPERIAL IPA
Sweeter and with more fruit character than Jumping Frog, King Arthur’s Imperial IPA is full-bodied and deceptively smooth. Specialty malts add rich caramel and honey flavors, making this beer ideal for sipping and savoring.
