Last week our “Featured Drams of the Week” program kicked off and it was a huge success! This weekend we continue with all-new “Drams of the Week”
Stop by on Friday or Saturday this week to taste!

Macallan 12yr Double Cask Single Malt Scotch Whisky

macallan-12-year-old-double-cask1.jpg
$3/half pour
$6/full pour

An exciting new age statement expression from Macallan that’s matured in a combination of American and European Sherry oak for a minimum of 12 years. Here, the proportion of American oak ex-Sherry casks is higher than in the 12 Year Old Sherry Oak, but no ex-bourbon casks are used as they are in the 12 Year Old Fine Oak release.

Auchentoshan Three Wood Single Malt Scotch Whisky

$4/ half pour
$8/ full pour

This award-winning Auchentoshan has been matured in three different cask types.

From American Bourbon to Spanish Oloroso Sherry – and finally Pedro Ximenez Sherry casks – this is a rich, complex whisky with toffee and sherry flavours.

One of the only commercially available Lowland Single Malt Scotches!

Laphroaig Lore Single Malt Scotch Whisky

lrgob.non16.jpg$5/ half pour
$10/ full pour

Since 1815, each Laphroaig Distillery Manager has been the custodian of the craft to make the richest single malt in the world. Over the years, each has passed on their skills and traditions to the next generation to continue this legacy. To honour this passing of knowledge, our Distillery Manager John Campbell has created Laphroaig Lore, the richest ever Laphroaig. Lore, meaning the passing of a skill or tradition through word of mouth, is the story of how we make Laphroaig, encapsulating the craft passed down from generation to generation over two centuries.

New Wine Added to the 94+ Points Tasting Menu

Liparita 2012 V Block Cabernet Sauvignon Yountville
95pts WE

$7 / 3oz glass
$14 / 6oz glass

This incredibly tasty wine seems to melt in the mouth. Classic aromas of cinnamon, black cherry and cedar becomes more chocolaty on the the palate as layers of cocoa, park plum and toasted baguette unfold. Its texture is so velvety that the fine grain tannins seem to dissolve as you sip, while still providing a slight grip that counteracts the richness and full body.

Draft Beer

Boulevard Saison Brett- Based on the very popular Tank 7, is assertively dry hopped, then bottle conditioned with various yeasts, including Brettanomyces, a wild strain that imparts a distinctive earthy quality.  $5

Charleville Box of Chocolate- It’s difficult to express love’s nuances, much like the complexity of this Belgian style Chocolate Quad. You Might use a Box of Chocolate to express your love, we use it to demonstrate our passion for great beer. $5

Founders Backwoods Bastard- Expect lovely, warm smells of single malt scotch, oaky bourbon barrels, smoke, sweet caramel and roasted malts, a bit of earthy spice and a scintilla of dark fruit. It’s a kick-back sipper made to excite the palate. $6

4 Hands Cast Iron Oatmeal Brown– This is one monster of a Brown Ale! We use an obnoxious amount of chocolate malt and roasted barley to give this beer a cast iron backbone. Our oatmeal brown pours a dark mahogany with aromas of dark chocolate and coffee. $3
