Santa Fe Brewing is back in the market after a short absence.
Though it is not necessary to drink our Oktoberfest out of a mug that is larger than your head while wearing lederhosen, you will find this lager’s unbridled festivity difficult to resist. This classic German lager showcases the crisp maltiness of Munich malts compounded with the delicious notes of Bavarian hops giving this clean-finishing beer just the right flavor for the end of summer.
This Java Stout uses extra generous quantities of barley malt, followed by vigorous fermentation leaving this “imperial” heavy weight with 8% alcohol A.B.V. and a body as full as chocolate bread pudding. Santa Fe Brewing uses only top-quality ingredients like organic East Timor and New Guinea coffee beans locally roasted by O’hori’s Coffee House. Its heavenly flavor and aroma can’t be beat or imitated.
Happy Camper IPA
Happy Camper IPA is a classic beer for those beer lovers who love their hops. By masterfully combining several different hops with a very specific brewing process, we ended up with a beautifully balanced IPA. Full-bodied maltiness combined with a spicy, citric, and floral hop character, make this IPA one of our most popular beers.
Look up. Higher. No, higher. Hi there. We’re up here in Santa Fe. 7,198 feet above sea level. We’re the ones who made this dry West Coast-style IPA with grapefruit, citrus, and tropical fruit characteristics. It’s inspired by the area around us, our love of hops, and our erratic decision making at high altitudes.
