This refreshing sour wheat ale gets its pleasant tingling tartness from a process known as kettle souring while in the brew house. After which, it is dosed with lemon peels in the boil kettle and during fermentation to provide a refreshing citrus character. BER-LEMON-ER will pair well with all your warm-weather activities that require thirst-quenching goodness.
Oztoberfest is a deeply copper colored German Marzen-style lager, brewed with the rich grains of Munich and Vienna malt. With it’s strong malty backbone and restrained hop profile, one sip will get you in the mood for a sloppy sing along with your closest friends… or complete strangers, for that matter. So click your heels, grab your stein, and follow that copper-brick road to the land of Oztoberfest.
This is the first beer ever brewed on WBC’s original 1.5 barrel brewhouse. The Valley View is a robust porter with whole Madagascar vanilla beans added during fermentation. Consistent with the porter style, this beer is very dark in color. The Valley View has a smooth roasty aroma and flavor with hints of chocolate to complement the vanilla beans.
In search of the perfect IPA recipe, many attempts were made… but version 6 (V.6) was the best. Brewed with generous amounts of Cascade and Amarillo hops, this American IPA has assertive flavor and aroma hop character. The bitterness is approachable and well-balanced with its malt backbone.
V-12 is our summer EPIC (High ABV) release. Brilliantly combining Citrus, Pear, Apple and Hops characteristics with an extremely smooth bitterness leads to a drinkability that is quite simply unsurpassed by other High Gravity IPAs. V-12 is a light colored Imperial IPA with an incredible total of 105 IBUs and 9% ABV. Get ready for a HOP FACE PUNCH.
When you think of complexity, this is the beer that pops in your head. Scicilia’s foundation is a soured red rye ale aged in an oak foeder, featuring deep fruitiness and tang. Many sessions unveiled the highlights of adding a wine-barrel-aged light sour and a Belgian dubbel, bringing an oak and candied sweetness to the table. Scicilia I is the first blended sour beer in a new series of sour and barrel-aged beers.
