  1. You might want to take a look at how your checkout process operates.

    I logged in right at 5pm and was able to add a bottle to my cart. I then proceeded to the checkout and entered my credit card info since I do not keep this type of information on any of my online site. When I finalized the billing info(while it was in my cart) it then told me it was sold out.

    That’s just not the way it’s supposed to work

    1. The same thing happened to me, had one bottle in my cart by the time I logged into PayPal it refreshed and said sold out.

      Disappointed as well.

    2. I understand your frustration. Unfortunately, it’s just what happens with our site host. There is no waiting room option, so it becomes a matter of fastest provider.

    3. That’s just the way it has to work – otherwise, one could put a bottle in his/her cart and let it sit there while someone who is ready to pay misses out.
